Elgar from Scratch concert

Music at St Mary’s presents Elgar from Scratch.

What better way to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Elgar’s birth than by singing one of his great works!  Experienced choristers, with reasonable sight singing skills are invited to join for a short rehearsal period, culminating in a public performance in the beautiful surrounds of St Mary’s, Kangaroo Point.  Under the expert guidance of conductor Emily Cox, and accompanist Christopher Wrench, and with alto soloist Georgia Hawes, you can be sure to enjoy a fun few days of ‘Music Making’!
